- Within 24 Hours (Business Days): We will contact you via SMS or phone to confirm your project details. At this stage, we may request a few photos of the site or your switchboard to ensure our team arrives fully prepared.
- Service Summary & Booking: You will receive a Service Summary outlining our Rates & T&C's. Once you accept this digitally, we will secure a booking in our schedule.
- The Day Before Your Job: You’ll receive an automated reminder notification approximately 18 hours before our scheduled arrival.
- Job Day: Our technician will notify you when they are en route. We arrive, complete the works, clean up the site, and move on to our next task..
- Post-Job (24–48 Hours): Our office team reviews the job data—including GPS time-logs and materials used—to prepare your final invoice for payment..
The Comprehensive Path
(Onsite Consultation & Major Projects)
Ideal for complex designs, multi-day renovations, or integrated solar and battery systems or if you prefer to discuss your requirements and get some advice on what is possible.
- Initial Contact (Within 24 Hours): We’ll reach out to discuss the scope of your project. If the project requires an onsite design session, we will schedule a consultation (fee applicable for smaller projects).
- The Consultation Day: We’ll notify you when we are on our way. On-site, we meet to discuss your goals, take measurements, and explore hardware options. The consultation fee is payable on this day.
- Priority Proposal Preparation: Within 2–7 business days (depending on supplier availability), we will send a detailed Time & Materials proposal. This provides a firmer estimate of final costs and specialized materials.
- Proposal Acceptance: Once you digitally accept the proposal, our office team will contact you within 24 hours to lock in your installation dates.
- Project Execution: Our site team will keep you updated on progress. We ensure the site is left clean and compliant upon completion...
- Project Close-Out (24–48 Hours): After a final internal review of site data and materials, your invoice will be generated and sent for payment.

Frequently asked questions
So you want to just turn up and do the work?
Short answer: Yes, because it is faster and cheaper for you.
Long answer: To remain competitive and offer fair pricing, most smaller jobs simply don't require a preliminary site visit. Our technicians are highly skilled and adaptable; they arrive prepared to handle the vast majority of tasks in a single visit. If a specialized item is required, you only pay for the time spent on-site during the return visit. The final price for the completed work remains the same, without the "quoted" markup.
I really want someone to come and do a site visit first.
No problem. We can arrange a site visit with a Supervisor Tradie or electrical contractor to discuss complex projects in detail..
Smaller Jobs: For tasks involving less than a full day of labour, there is a consultation fee for the site visit
Larger Projects: For multi-day or complex projects, we typically include the site visit at no cost as part of the planning phase. We meet to discuss your requirements, provide expert advice on what is possible, and suggest the most efficient products and solutions for your specific environments.
How does time and materials work?
It’s simple and transparent. We apply a one-off Minimum Charge per job, which covers booking, scheduling, health and safety compliance and up to 45 minutes of on-site time.
Our job booking software uses GPS data combined with data from mandatory start & finish tasks, to accurately keep track of time our team spend working on your job.
Standard Rates: Extra time is then billed in 15-minute increments.
Materials: All materials are charged at our recommended retail pricing. This model ensures you are only billed for the actual resources dedicated to your specific job
Why not just give me a fixed price?
Fixed-price quotes must include "contingency buffers" to protect us against unknown variables. This often means you pay for "extra" time and materials that may not actually be required for your specific job.
We believe this is unfair to the customer and leads to unnecessary extra costs. Our T&M model removes these hidden markups
